Steve Chau Helmsman / tactician.  Made a real contribution in sailing South.  Also learned that penurious spinnaker sheet easing can bend rudders.
Pam Genders Dianne's experienced, steady and reliable crew for short-handed weekday racing. 
Stephen McConaghy The middle brother.  Races ex Volvo boats in the Sydney to Hobart and Sydney 38's in the nationals.  Sailing coach and professional sailor.  Has only sailed with us once but we're hoping to lure him back.
Mark Singleton Shipwright and Catamaran sailor.  Good hand,  Can fill any position and does them all well.  A pleasure to have aboard.
Mick Souter Drives tugs and tow boats as a day job.  Helms Quetzlcoatl (Melbourne to Hobart winner) on a regular basis.  Welcome anytime on Serano.  Adds a lot of value.
Paul Turner Not bad for a PHD.  Mast man, wind watcher and traffic caller.
